2021

WYNI Technology Limited is established in Hong Kong, focusing on implementing digital solutions for financial services institutions (FSI).

2023

We lauched our CRM and ERP solutions to provide better solutions for our clients, improving their efficiancy and speed.

2024

We expanded our operations into Southeast Asia and launched our AI-enabled education platform, further enhancing our service offerings.

2025

We are set to introduce our AI workflow product, aimed at streamlining processes and boosting efficiency for our clients. Now, we have been serving more than 50 clients.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and manage various technology-driven projects, including AI-enabled workflow automation, external data platform integration, and AI-enabled ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining project scopes, developing detailed project plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution within budget and timeline constraints. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to drive innovation while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to workflow automation, external data integration, and ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and conduct post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within technology-focused environments.
    – Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.

In this role, you will work with technologies such as React Native, Java, PHP, Laravel, and AWS cloud setup to build and maintain both front-end and back-end applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of web and mobile applications using React Native for front-end and Java/PHP with Laravel for back-end functionalities.
    Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and optimize application features while ensuring seamless integration with AWS cloud services.
    Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, while participating in code reviews and adhering to best practices in software development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
    Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end frameworks (Java, PHP, Laravel).
    Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with AWS is a plus.
